Michael Boyd is Australia’s leading contemporary illusionist and the co-creator of Magic2. As a third generation magician and with a strong family history in professional theater Michael’s passions lie in the spectacular stage shows he performers and produces.

Working for over a decade with many of Australia's leading entertainment producers has taught Michael a wealth of knowledge in creating quality entertainment.

With his wife and partner Cathie Costello they have entertained thousands across the globe as illusion duo Magic2. His role also extends to music and production, team management and co-producer in the dance shows.

Michael enjoys developing new illusions and putting twists on the classics of magic. His passion for live theater transcends well beyond the footlights – whether he is performing on the stage or watching in the wings he is living his true dream.
